1. When installing the nozzle, the air hole seal must be removed according to the instructions, but do not remove other seals at will, otherwise ink will leak.
2. When installing new nozzles, the print head should be cleaned 3-5 times (at least once).
3. When one of the nozzles has no ink or is not installed, even if there is ink in the other nozzles, the camera will not work.
4. Once the new nozzle falls off the machine, it is best not to remove it before replacing the nozzle.
5. Unless the nozzle needs to be replaced, do not open the nozzle protection clip, otherwise the nozzle cannot be used again.
6. When the camera is working, do not put your hand into the camera or touch the nozzle. First, check to see if the ink cartridges have run out of ink of a certain color, then consider the following reasons:
Tear off the label (that is, the yellow sticker) according to the instruction manual, the air guide slot and air guide hole are still closed, and the air cannot enter the nozzle, so completely tear off the label.
The print head should be cleaned to expel small air bubbles.
The solution is to start the printer's automatic cleaning program and clean the print head one or more times (Note: After each cleaning, the nozzle detection pattern test line must be printed to observe the cleaning effect). Or turn off the printer and stop using it for a few hours to see if the situation improves. If the problem cannot be solved, it is recommended to send it in for repair.
has several white lines. It may be because after long-term printing, some paper with poor paper quality will have paper particles on the surface of the paper, and these paper particles will adhere to the print head, causing some ink outlet holes to be blocked. At this time, the printed matter should be cleaned. If it doesn't work, send it to the maintenance department for repair.
