What should I do if there are bubbles in the white ink hot stamping pattern during transfer printing?

There are three issues to pay attention to when transferring white ink hot stamping patterns: temperature, time, and voltage. If these three points are not well controlled, it is easy to cause a series of problems during the transfer process. According to our statistics, most customers generally choose hot tearing hot stamping, and the most common problem with hot tearing transfer printing is the generation of bubbles. How to avoid the generation of bubbles? Let's learn more about Kangyin digital white ink hot stamping printer manufacturer's editor together!

When white ink hot stamping patterns appear foam during transfer printing, many people first think it is the pressing temperature, which is generally the key factor of foam. Excessive temperature may burn out the heat map and produce certain bubbles. If the temperature is slightly higher, bubbles will inevitably appear on the hot stamping film. But if the temperature is too low, the hot melt powder of the hot stamping film will not completely melt, resulting in a decrease in the fastness and adhesion strength of the hot stamping film. So we usually control the temperature at around 120 degrees, which can significantly change the foaming phenomenon compared to hot tearing and hot stamping.

There is also the issue of hot stamping pressure, which is also difficult to control, because for pressure control, generally machines do not have a pressure indicator display, and can only rely on personal feelings and experience to complete. Generally speaking, we only need moderate pressure because too high pressure will press out the material's texture, while too low pressure will make the printing unstable. In short, pressure is also a key factor affecting our hot stamping. If the pressure of transfer printing and pressing is moderate, there will be no bubbles.

Finally, the time for hot stamping is usually controlled around 5 seconds. If the time is short, there will inevitably be a problem of weak hot stamping. Over time, there will be foaming problems. So the timing is also important, we cannot relax at all. As long as one can patiently and attentively adjust, there will be completely different results.

What should I do if there are bubbles in the white ink hot stamping pattern during transfer printing? As long as you understand the three points above, there will be basically no problem with bubbles. During the hot stamping process, many people attribute the bubble problem to the white ink hot stamping pattern film itself, which is actually caused by our operation during transfer printing and hot stamping. In hot stamping, the requirements for cold tearing are relatively loose, and there may be bubbles, and the surface is also relatively smooth. This is the advantage of cold tearing hot stamping over hot tearing hot stamping!
